On the afternoon of October 14,the researchgroup organized the fourth regular workshop in Room 219 of Teaching Building B, the teachers demonstrated and communicated on how to grasp the blackboard drawing skills.
Since the new term,the group has actively organized workshops according to the requests of carrying out the teachers basic skills competition, pioneered by theory teaching,centered by the basic practice, with the purpose of improving the teachers’ basic skills. According to the standards of competition, the activity was closely around the teaching basic skills and crystallized the basic skills. Each activity has a theme which included serious discussions and further research the teachers could also helped and learning from each other.Each activity has been carefully prepared which includes content, schedule and the mode. The activity gave full play to each teacher’s initiative, creatively as well as stimulated their potentiality. The group appointed certain teachers to summarize the research contents in the activities.And they gave the demo class wonderfully combining their own teaching task. After each presentation, each of the teachers shared theirexperience,gains and thoughts, they gave their suggestions so as to ensure that they learn from each other and improve.
In order to ensure the normal research activities, every Tuesday afternoon is taken as the regular time of workshop, and to ensure that the teachers' devotion to carry out the research activity without teaching tasks, this activity is taken as one of the teachers' evaluation standard. From the regular workshop, they solved the contradiction between teaching and research, also received the obvious teaching effects. Teachers' teaching basic skills and coaching ability have been continuously improved.
